Okay wifi booster
The packaging says 5G, but that technology is not widely nor readily available. I followed the instructions for boosting an older router wifi signal, but this seemed to interfere somehow and I was not getting what I wanted or needed. It was disappointing. Maybe I'm not as adept at set-up, but the frustration from it, led me to unplug it and stop using it.

So so, not great, but does just about work.
For some reason I thought if I put this halfway between router and the room I needed a signal it would work but it didn't. I had to put it in the room where I need Wi-Fi and only get a faint signal. I was hoping to boost the signal to a few rooms but it only works (barely) for one room. However, any signal is better than none.

Fantastic Range! Total Winner!
This is the second MSRM I have owned and I loved the last one. I upgraded to this model and could not be happier. It sends my signal through 4 Interior walls and 1 heavy Exterior wall down into an attached Apt that is about 80 feet away from my router. I am getting 4 strong bars out there. Amazing!By the way, the old MSRM still works fine and it is several years old. I just wanted an upgrade.You can't go wrong and set up is a no-brainer.

Dead - Stopped Working
I was pleased at first and if worked for exactly two years. It died a week ago and has no lights, no power, nothing. I noticed the failure a few days ago when the items in an area of my house that depended on the signal from the unit stopped working. So, I will find a better, more reliable unit.

Unit failed after one year
The device was easy to install. It functioned fairly well for a year (the signal propogated well where there were few walls, but was uneven as I got further from the unit's placement. Overall, I was satisfied with the technical performance, but after a year it stopped working. I have posted an inquiry on the manufacturer's website, because Amazon does not support the product.

Works great.
Definitely extended my wifi in an area that had weak signal strength. Easy to set up and no issues losing our dropping signal.

Flakey device
Every time it bugs out its a total slash and burn to get it going again. When it worked it was good. Now it's useless.

I purchased this product sept 26, 2018.It says it has a one year warranty. Thus far I have not figured out how to get ahold of the company who produced it
