I’ve had knockoff sunrise alarm clocks in the past, but they don’t compare to the Hatch. A few of my fave features specific to the Hatch that other knockoffs don’t have: -App functionality, there are so many customized options for soundscapes and lights. If you’re a podcast, story, ASMR, etc person there are options for that, but I personally love the rain sounds and variety offered -love the option to have no light/time/display on while you sleep. I’m sensitive to any and all light so I love that it can go completely dark with no LED display -Design is sleek, minimal and looks good on your nightstand -Custom light options with gradient (unlike a Phillips Hue Bulb with only pre-set solid colors) -Easy scheduling automation, so you don’t have to open your phone to change the colors/sounds every night Would be a great gift for a friend or for yourself!!

Very disappointing. The hardware is good but the app is unusable. There is a lot of potential in this product but they will only realise it when they throw out the current app and rebuild it with ease of use and flexibility in mind. Honestly this industry is begging for a competitor to come in and show us how this can be done well. Unfortunately Hatch is not that (yet? 🤞). I'd love to return my Hatch 3 and wait for that competitor, maybe they never come but this $200 disappointment is not bringing me any joy.

Love my hatch! I could not recommend this enough. It helps us get a great night sleep and the design is super sleek and aesthetic on our night table. Buy one, you will not regret it.
