If your buying this for it’s Bluetooth functionality-don’t! You can only view a few parameters, no ability to control the device. It cycles on and off continuously, even when connected to shore power. Opened the app to turn it off because it kept waking us up - not an option. Tech support is a joke, type a question get a prepared answer that isn’t an answer. An owners manual that explains the function of the device would have been a nice touch. Very disappointed.

Ok, works fine and the built-in ATS is convenient; but there are a few negatives to this device that make it make more sense to just buy a separate ATS and inverter without it built-in. - The N-G bond relay is slower than an external GFCI device will trip; that means it will cause you to trip an external GFCI outlet that you plug into. You have to disconnect the N-G with the switch; but remember to turn it back on when using the inverter!!! - The inverter overload protection at 2000W applies to non-inverter loads! If you're using the ATS, it can't handle more than 2000W. So, either get the 3000W version or just use an external ATS if you'll run more loads when connected to shore power. - The passthrough doesn't work when the inverter is off. This is really quite annoying.

This is a great little inverter that should be able to handle all your power needs in a smaller system. The unit comes very nicely packaged and secure. It's an attractive unit that comes with everything you need to get your system up and running. I have a friend who helps me with this stuff, however with his assistance we can determine for the money this unit brings a lot of bang for the buck to the table. Instructions are surprisingly clear to follow. The unit itself is perfectly light for what you're getting and I can power my 5,000btu window AC I have on my RV with no problems at all. My friend and I are genuinely impressed with the entire package, from presentation to power production. I 100% highly recommend this inverter for your system needs. Outstanding. A+++

I upgraded my 1200W inverter with a Renogy 2000W inverter in my 5th wheel RV. The inverter was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The protective packaging by Renogy was great. It came with the heavy duty cables for hook up and included a remote on/off switch for installation inside the RV. It produces the 2000 output watts stated, allowing my wife to power up a 1600W hair dryer. Very pleased with the performance of this Renogy inverter. Update. We discovered the pass through feature was not functioning on a trip. We had to call a mobile RV tech to replace the inverter. Not a good experience. We will see how the return goes and if we get credit.

On the first trip in my motorhome after installing this inverter, everything was working fine until I was preparing for the drive home the inverter began arcing and smoking. I opened a case with renogy for replacement. I am disappointed that it took nearly a month to complete this process due to what they said was a high volume of cases. I finally received the replacement inverter. It is installed in the motorhome and appears to be functioning properly. I have only checked that it powers on, and is supplying 120 AC volts. I have not yet tested the transfer function, nor placed any load on it. I originally purchased from Renogy because I believed you produced quality products. The fact that this process took so long because their staff was working a "high volume of cases" has now given me second thoughts about purchasing additional renogy products for my solar power system.

Works great but the automatic transfer switch only works if you have 12v to power the inverter. Our batteries went dead over night even though we were plugged into shore power the inverter would not let the power thru so we lost power over night. I did not have a 12v charger installed at the time. Other wise it would be 5 stars.
