Bought as so blocked up with a head cold I couldn't sleep and was desperate - amazingly they worked! Immediate relief and a proper night's sleep. Recommended to others who have also found them to be beneficial. So simple and effective. As others have said, they really stick on well, which is great as you don't want them coming off in the night, but this does mean they are a little difficult to remove in the morning. I have found that if I wet them thoroughly, they do come off a little easier.

These are honestly a miracle cure for relieving a blocked nose. I have never woken up with a blocked nose after using this product! Really easy to use, just peel off the sticker and stick to your nose (make sure your nose is clean and dry, no grease or it won’t stick as well).

If you have breathing difficulties, you will notice the difference the moment you put them on. The main selling point is to help you breathe during sleep, and I can confirm it will help you get a more restful night. It works by pulling open the nostrils, allowing for more airflow. I have had the clear ones and I can say that the tanned ones are better as they do not cause the same amount of irritation when you've taken them off. The adhesion on the strips is pretty good, it could be stronger, although that would make them more difficult to get off and perhaps irritate more. I think they may be pricey as if you wore them every day for a year it would cost you £130, but they are certainly better than the cheaper alternatives you can find on Amazon. Overall, I do recommend trying them out by buying the 10pc tanned strips, and from then, purchasing the 30pc packs when needed.

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality. They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness. Works well, effective adhesive that also peels off without drama. Sounds like opinion is mixed on whether nasal strips work or not, I stick to mine like a good adhesive. Delivered promptly, packed well.

Helps me sleep easier as I can breathe fully, but they've changed the glue so now it rips off a layer of skin in the morning when I take it off. Even if I soak it off, it still takes off a layer of skin. It's super painful and leaves my nose red and raw. If you have thick skin, you'll do great, but I've had to cancel my subscription

Preislich sind sie eingeordnet wie ihre Mitbewerber und könnten etwas günstiger sein, aber ansonsten tun sie, was sie versprechen. Eine durchsichtige Variante in der Größe „groß“ wäre noch besser.
