No water comes thru it and when it does it has tea leaf's, it needs a filter or something, the straw keeps falling out so you get nothing. But the tea leaf's in your mouth is terrible, not enough liquid to wash them down, help. No instructions inside either. It squirts hot liquid on you when straw is lifted, this is dangerous. Returning this, can not get any help.

I've purchased several similar models on Amazon, and none of them have a user's manual with instructions for troubleshooting this system's main problem. Furthermore, no solution for this problewm has been found anyware. These stainless steel models are better than the plastic ones I've been using since 1997 because they maintain the hot or cold water temperature longer. The problem with ANY of the models sold worldwide is the lack of CORRECT information on how to use it CORRECTLY, or how to solve the problem of the strong "UNCOMFORTABLE" suction that often occurs when using it. There are ways to use it correctly, BUT NO ONE 'OF THE SELLERS' TELLS YOU HOW TO AVOID OR FIX THIS PROBLEM, resulting in unnecessary returns due to the lack of a user's manual that also includes troubleshooting instructions. That's why I give it 2 stars. If it came with a user manual, I would give it 3 stars, and if that manual explained how to fix the vacuum suction problem, I would give it 5 stars.

Este mate listo era justo lo que buscaba…. Mantiene mi te caliente y es bien practico y facil de cargar no ocupa mucho espacio…. Tambien es facil de limpiar… definitivamente lo recomiendo!!!
