This product works. I've tried everything under the sun. Dermatologists, home remedies, over the counter products and nothing worked. The smell is horrible but goes away quickly. Use this product, leave it in for 5 minutes then rewash hair with a scalp and hair moisturizer to replenish the moisture. 10+ stars
