Good lube just be sure to wash your toys off with alcohol after having this on them as it will degrade silicone toys.

I usually use crisco, but the clean up after is annoying and difficult when you’re worn out and loose. This is so slick and cleans up with a little soap and water. The only con would be when the insertion is taken out and your gaping, there is a gush of melted liquid. But it stays very slick.
