I like this brand a lot! It has a few carbs, like 10ish, and the cherry, strawberry, peach, and vanilla are awesome. I have diabetes and it’s low carb, low fat, higher protein, and you can mix two 5 oz servings in a bowl for a great diabetic dessert—with whipped cream, no sugar. Excellent. This isn’t stir for fruit on the bottom, it’s low carb and sugar, so the flavor is mixed in not ice-cream toppings at the bottom to mix in. The higher protein version was a little too dense “mouthfeel” for my wife, but I think they’re all awesome.

The texture of the smaller containers isn't the same as when you buy the 32 oz. It's dryer and the texture isn't as smooth I probably won't buy anymore but my husband didn't have a problem eating it and I don't like the fact it's artificially flavored.

Great taste. This yogurt is my families favorite way to get protein in.
