These are great little lights for using on a music stand or other needs. The clamp is strong and the lights are very adjustable. It has battery or plug-in power, which is great for using overlong periods of time or being able to take it away from an outlet. Haven’t had it long, so can’t speak to the durability, but seems to be fine so far. I love it and it works great.

Works fine, using in a Dj boot at a restaurant/club, clamped onto a painted 2x4 cross member. I was REALLY afraid that the jaws would not open wide enough to clamp onto the 2x4, but it did! Nothing wider though, it's at max, with just enough to release and move around. Brightness is good with the 2 settings, I always use the brightest, but if clamped to a book would choose the lower setting I think. Using the USB power plug-in, but battery use looks good too... battery life, who knows?

Just enough illumination for older eyes and powered by AAA batteries for use anywhere.No need to worry about forgetting to charge the unit at the last moment. (rechargeable units)Just keep batteries on hand that are available almost everywhere.

It works great! Small but produces a great amount of light. It doesnt come with an adapter so if you want to plug into wall outlet you will need to get one otherwise will need batteries. Very pleased with it! 👍

We were actually looking for artwork lighting but everything we found (which I am sure is excellent) was way too expensive for us. Eventually we stumbled across lights for Music Stands or Books. It looked very promising. We bought three. Two of them look great, as shown in the photos (taken at night in an unlighted room). The third one is not bright enough for the location we have it and the size of the picture. But two out of three is not that bad. We are very pleased that these worked for artwork lighting. Very pleased.

The piano light is rechargeable and a good source of light for my bead weaving. However, the clip on light is not rechargeable like another on I ordered and it must always be plugged in; that’s disappointing.

I ordered the light to clamp onto my embroidery stand and brighten my project when stitching at night. It works very well for that purpose. The brightest setting is exactly what I needed. The two independently positioned heads allow me to focus both on my project for maximum brightness, or I can shine one on my project and the other on my pattern chart.All that being said, this light gets three stars because the battery case is unusable, so I can only use the light with an external power bank. The batteries push the battery cover out of place and pop out. I tried taping the battery case closed, but the light still wouldn't work because I guess the batteries were still popping out just enough to not make a full connection.I'm glad the light can be powered via USB, at least, and I've been using it that way. However, it uses a proprietary plug instead of a standard micro-USB or USB-C connecter, so if I lose the cord this light will become entirely useless. When I ordered it, I thought the USB power option would mean a standard connector, which was a high priority since I travel often and want to be able to travel with fewer cords when possible.The brightness and adjustable heads are great, so I'm going to keep using it with a power bank to avoid creating more electronic waste. However, I would not buy this light again because of the defective battery case and lack of standard micro-USB or USB-C cord for powered use.

We are using this in our music room to light two keyboards. It is so easy to clamp it and direct the lights exactly where I need them. Well made and no fuss.

On time. A solid product. Just the right amount of lighting. The arms are wonderful redirecting the light.I reordered after my initial purchase for gifts.

Pretty much as described. Fast shipping and seems okay on quality. I do wish it was just a bit brighter, but it will light up the key board on my lap top. I like the fact it has the AA batteries - options!!

3 great settings at your tips to provide you the lighting you need. You can use this for your piano or if there is a poer failure it gives alot of light. Very good buy!!
