Great Product, amazing customer service
Hey I cannot day enough good things about this company, especially the person I dealt with. Her name is Blanca, she is kind, personable, and it is evident that she is truly dedicated to her job per the level of customer service I experienced. Being a business owner in the Computer service industry, I understand the importance of customer service, having to deal with many vendors on a daily basis. Not only does this product work very well, it’s light weight and extremely efficient. Getting back to Blanca, I purchased a second one due to the fact she was so incredibly accommodating, and now because of her kindness and genuine care for others, I will be a customer for life and intend on purchasing 15 more devices, feeling safe and knowing if I have a problem, it will be handled in less than 24 hours (well if Blanca is working). So to the owners of DERONG- I hope you are reading this review and Blanca is given the credit she deserves.

The plugging doesn’t work with headphones or car charger!!!!!
Love this case is super slim and light and the backup battery does it’s job. I liked it so much I got my husband one too. The proble is that u can’t plug ur phone to your car charger with the case on because the case doesn’t recognize it if it is not plugged straight into the wall, same goes for the headphone if you want to plug them and listen to music!!! It’s a terrible inconvenience to have to remove the case if you want to use your headphones or plug it to your computer and car charger.

I have purchased many battery packs over the years and this by far is the best. The funny story is when I got it and I attached it to my phone I didn’t even think it was the battery pack it’s so light weight and so thin that I kept looking and not realizing I had actually a battery case

Battery case
Amazing battery case ; it’s thing enough and keeps my phone charged when needed. I have been using it for a week now and so far no issues

Works Great!
So far the charger works great and extended a weak iPhone battery not making through the day to over 2 days from one charge up. Also the case still extended above the screen for protection. Other battery cases I tried did not.

Case
I had the case for a week. Does everything I want it to. Then the case doesn't want to charge. I used multiple lighting/ iPhone cables, case will not charge up or charge the phone.

Wont charge
Came in good condition but just wont charge. Light blinks but never gain any battery. Could i please receive another one that would charge thanks.
