The pages were crumpled on the back end of the book. SO I Gave it to an aspiring Chef & I think he will enjoy it and not notice the jacked up, wrinkled pages. NOT blaming the book, I am sure it is quite witty & awesome. But I was NOT going to give an imperfect gift to my boss
