I have gout and I read something that suggested that D-mannose was helpful. I tried this product and it is better that prescription medication. When I Starr to feel joint pain in my big toe, ankle or hip, I take this and within 48 hours, my pain has subsided. Also, if I know I'm good to be eating cheese, red meat, drinking wine..... I take it proactively and I don't have a flare-up.I have been using this product for about 6 years now and it has prevented ne from experiencing painful, debilitating gout flare-ups since I started taking it.I can't promise it will work the same for everyone, I do think it is worth trying if you suffer from gout.

I'd like to start off by saying that this company (like a lot of vitamin companies) offers a free bottle. You do NOT have to leave a review to receive the free bottle, but they will ask you to share your experience if you'd like. I really didn't care for that so I received my free bottle first and then decided to write the review because I genuinely really like this product. Two years ago I had an operation that left me feeling like I had a constant mild UTI. I don't know if I got an infection in the hospital or what. I could feel the twinge and that something was off but it wasn't crying on the toilet popping tons of orange meds bad. Tests said negative for UTI/BV/yeast infection but I was given antibiotics anyways, a couple times actually. The feeling persisted for two entire years and I started to accept that seeing a urologist would probably be the next step. I've tried other D-Mannose products, AZO, cranberry pills, baking soda/apple cider vin, etc. I'm in my 30s and I've experienced my fair share of UTIs and remodies. This is the first product that gave me hope that I might not be in a constant state of uncomfortable for the rest of my life. I take 2 every day and am finishing up my first bottle. I can go days without taking any and the feeling doesn't return, but if I have a day or two of dehydration, I feel the discomfort sneak back up. I take 2 more pills and up my hydration and feel a million times better. It really has been a life saver for me and I'm thankful this actually worked. Idk what makes it different from what else is on the market, but it is the most effective product I've used for bladder health. I highly suggest trying it if you've struggled with anything similar!

After I went through menopause I began to suffer from UTI's. They always seemed to hit me right when I got off an airplane ready to begin a vacation. Even though I drank plenty of water on the plane, something always upset the delicate balance in my UT. It was absolutely AWFUL!! Doctors were worthless... my GP at Kaiser insisted that many women need to take frequent rounds of antibiotics. Actually, NO they do not...they just need to do some research on natural products. I was familiar with cranberry extract and had begun to take it regularly, but it was not enough to prevent the occasional UTI from ruining a few days of a vacation. D-Mannose to the rescue!! There is documented research from well regarded institutions, including the National Institutes of Health, that D-Mannose is a very good alternative treatment. I started with another brand almost 3 years ago. Then I discovered Zanapure and its ingredients are the best combination for me. I have not had a single infection since I started on this product. That is the best endorsement I can give. It really does work!!

Taking for UTI and for maintenance. I like the fact it has a high amount of D-Mannose, along with cranberry and hibiscus, with small amounts of C and dandelion and bioPerine so is very complete and definitely preferable to having to take separate capsules. With 120 capsules per bottle, at 2 a serving, there is enough for 60 days, so it is not too pricey. The capsules are under an inch so are comfortable to take. Altogether I am very satisfied with the product and will buy it again.

I purchased my first bottle of Zanapure in May since I was just starting to get a UTI and I was looking for something other than the typical antibiotic to help me. I will admit that I was very skeptical that this product would even work, but I decided to take a chance. I did not start taking the Zanapure D-Mannose right away because I was so uncomfortable with the UTI, that I ended up at the ER and got on an antibiotic which didn't thrill me. I mainly went to the ER knowing they would do blood work to check my kidney functions and all those tests came out great so that did ease my mind that nothing terrible was going on. I basically just had another annoying UTI. After taking my antibiotics for 10 days I felt very little change which upset me a lot. I made sure the antibiotic was out of my system and then started taking the Zanapure according to the instructions. After about 4 days I did start feeling better and was very hopeful. Then I had a couple of rough nights, so in the middle of the first night I took a third pill and that seemed to be the combination that worked. I did that for one more night, taking three pills instead of two and for the first time in almost two months I felt so much better. My lady parts were almost back to normal and I really was believing that was never going to happen. I know that this stuff might not be for everyone but if someone out there is thinking of trying D-Mannose, just know from my experience, you do need patience, which isn't always easy when you have pain, frequency and irriation. I know I am glad I did. I am not quite 100% yet so I am going to continue taking the two pills a day for a few more days and then will go down to one pill a day for maintanence. I am now a true believer in this product and D-Mannose. I am also very happy with Zanapure and will continue using this brand. It seems to be high quality. I do hope my review helped someone else out there considering trying this product.
