The 120-Book Holy Bible and Apocrypha Collection: Literal Standard Version (LSV) Kindle Edition

So I have the paper back and now the hardcover, but for some reason they published the hardcover in paragraphs instead of columns like the paperback. Which makes it way more difficult to follow the lines across such a wide page instead of narrow columns across a wide page! Ideally I guess two columns would be better than paragraphs too. I’m going to return as I expected everything to be the same except the binding, of course. If they published a hardcover with three columns like the paperback I would reconsider. Otherwise, excellent to have and will treasure reading many times. If you love reading your Bible and don’t care about the size of Bible then you should definitely invest in this complete edition. I started with the books I’ve never read before (because they were intentionally kept from us) and looking forward to reading the LSV in the traditional 66 books next!

It's fantastic and exactly what I wanted! Very useful for referencing in my theological studies. I do it for fun. Translation is a more neutral one. Hard to find an accurate translation of the Bible.

While I can see what others are complaining about with this book, I would point out a couple of things to give others who are contemplating a purchase for themselves the opportunity to see the other side.1. This is the only book of its kind and for that reason alone, I am willing to overlook a few imperfections.2. The book is huge and made from good, thick, bright white paper which automatically makes it have potential issues with the binding and in today’s society, “quality” is VERY difficult to find as people have simply given up and no longer care. All that is required is for the individual making the purchase to be aware that they may have to do some repairs. SO WHAT? This book is a TREASURE!3. Being the first of its kind, one should expect there to be a few wrinkles to iron out and the future publications of it will likely be better as people make comments regarding the issues found. I will certainly be looking for updated versions.4. While I get complaints regarding the book, I would not allow those to deter people from making the purchase as the devil will do anything to deter us from studying God’s word and we must not allow that to happen.5. In all reality, in the Bidenomics economy, the price is QUITE reasonable and information PRICELESS so, get a glue stick/gun and be grateful that someone has taken the time to provide for you one of the best (if not THE best) books on the planet for such an affordable price. I would have expected it to be at least $100 and I would have paid it.I greatly appreciate the fact that this book is available to me as I have looked long and hard for someone that had the information all together in one book so I am HAPPY to overlook its imperfections and I will make SURE it is WELL utilized. By far the most valuable book that I own, I strongly recommend reading this Bible. For me, when I purchased this Bible, I really wanted to know the information that was left out of a traditional Bible.I absolutely love it and use it just about every day

I love that all of the books of the Bible with additions are included - and it does include everything it claims to include. The pages are thin, and large - it looks like a very old textbook with no illustration and absolutely no additions - very plain, small print. I don’t like is the quality of the book - it feels cheap. I’m used to Bibles being much higher quality and far more impressive - this looks like a cheap paperback book. I have a higher expectation level for a Bible. I would like to see larger print options, better cover options (hard cover perhaps) - and would have happily paid more for it.

Let's start with my shipping experience:I ordered it on Dec 7th, it told me it would arrive Dec. 21-23rd; it arrived on the 28th. This was a Christmas Present for my father so it had to be given late. However, I still received the product and I wont let odd shipping schedules affect the rating for it doesn't diminish this product in any way.(Please ignore my weird dirty desk in the photos....)It reads as the original scrolls do, full paragraphs rather than lined verses.The translation is not bad, I still wish people would translate Luke 9:35 correctly, but every bible (except the ESV) get it wrong so I don't hold it against this one. I don't expect bibles to do this anymore. I've counted on my own ability to translate them from Greek and Hebrew on my own if I want defined words. However, if you wanted to have a "more completed" bible without millions of volumes laying around your house, this is it.Book is big. Book is heavy.Hardcover is well made, binding so far seems good quality.Overall: I'm happy with this purchase. I thought it was a myth it could exist. I pray this Covenant Coalition finds it in their hearts to update it at some point despite it just releasing this Nov. 2023. There is now up to 70 Apocryphal Books (even new authenticated non-gnostic ones) which should be added. I don't understand their reasonings on leaving out the gnostic books, annotations warning of discernment when studying them can be added to help alleviate whatever they feel would happen if people started reading them. At least I can be happy SOMEONE out there is trying to give us completed biblical volumes. Joseph Lumpkin does a great job but he won't produce a full Bible.Covenant Coalition earns my respect in this regard. Thank you for putting together this World Record feat of a book.
