Shipped Item in a Bag Instead of Box. Item Damaged When Delivered.
Great shoe but had to return it because item was delivered in a bag, instead of a box, and arrived to my house with a damaged shoe box. Ideally I'd like to receive an item with minimal damage, even if it is just a shoe box, and especially for the price paid. Marking as 3 stars for this experience. But the shoes are very nice, so I will make another attempt to purchase, this time with a specific request to ship item in a box, instead of a bag.
