This point-and-shoot camera is a lot of camera for the money. It has all the features I need, but it's super simple to use. There aren't a bunch of confusing buttons or settings for things I'll never use. Even young kids can use it easily, and it's tough, so you don't have to worry about it breaking, even if you pass it around for others to use. This camera is really easy to hold, much easier than a cell phone. It's built so I can get a good grip on it, which helps when I’m taking pictures. It’s not going to slip out of my hand, even for those one-handed shots. The screen can move, which is cool because it makes taking selfies fun and easy. The pictures look really good, sometimes even better than my $350 Panasonic camera. It's especially good at taking pictures inside the house when there isn't a lot of light. You can also shoot good videos at the press of a button. It comes with a 32-gigabyte memory card, which holds a ton of pictures – like over 18,000. It also comes with two batteries, but one usually lasts as long as I need it to, and they charge up fast. And it comes with the cables you’ll use to connect it to your computer.

This is really good for the price. The photos are impressive - detail and colors are excellent at the higher resolution settings. The digital zoom is not very useful but that's expected. I only took a star off because even though video quality is excellent, it doesn't seem like you can turn on anti-shake - motion videos are not watchable. The mic is also not good, though there is a mic input which is nice.
