Nothing good to say
Having finally received delivery, to find it’s been packaged incorrectly, and logged part with manufacture 2/6/18, it’s now 12/6/18 and no part. So unable to set up the table. Not happy at all, and getting nowhere with supplier in helping to track part. Disappointed to say the least

Good quality, great value
The vendor was excellent, phoned me up to arrange delivery, and delivery was prompt and efficient. The parasol was out of stock, but this was delivered later with no problem after another phone call. I put the table together in no time, and it didn't need special tools or skills. The glass top is heavy and a two person job to place on top of the table. The chairs were very well packaged, and are great,. Slightl;y bigger than other chairs, they are super comfortable, and the cushions raise the seating height to match the table height. The overall effect is very inviting, and there are small quality touches, metal feet on the chairs, nylon bushed to support the glass, a nylon collar to protect the glass from the parasol, which is very big. Overall, an excellent product, big and inviting.

Delivered on a pallet. Some simple assembly for the table, chairs already assembled. Looks good and is comfortable I would recommend

A nice young lady tells me that they don't do replacement ...
I've just phoned the Maze Rattan number to try to get a replacement base cushion for an Apple day bed,I bought last year.. A nice young lady tells me that they don't do replacement parts for ANY of their ranges. When I asked why she told me they come from the far east and did I expect one part to be shipped in a container on its own ? Duh !When I explained how it might be ordered WITH other products she was adamant that they will honour guarantees but they don't do replacements.Just be aware that when your 12 months is up you really need to buy a new set

Arrived on time. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Far better than expected. Highly recommended and at a competive price.
