I personally find these pretty tasty. Some reviewers complained about the slimy feeling as they dissolve in your mouth. It's true, they do feel slimy. If that bothers you, I recommend the gummy version instead. It doesn't bother me. I have tried hyaluronic acid capsules that leave a bad after taste, liquids that I have to drink with juice or something, and 2 types of chewable. I usually avoid chewable vitamins due to the sugar content, but with hyaluronic acid I find it's the only way I will take it regularly.As to how well it works, I have dry eyes and dry lips all the time. Those 2 symptoms are the biggest changes I notice when I'm taking these on a regular basis. My eyes don't burn anymore, and my lips aren't dry and cracking. I recommend these for sure.

I love these chewable tablets. I’d much rather chew a tablet than swallow one. These have a good texture and a good flavor. They are smooth and are not crumbly, but they are not too hard.

I have been taking NeoCell Hyaluronic Acid capsules for severe facial and ocular rosacea for over 3 weeks and it has helped me (especially my eyes) so much! Every week I have added a capsule as I've read other people have taken 3 to 4 capsules a day. I have had to resort to pulse dye laser for my rosacea for over 20 years as I have been allergic to just about everything doctors have tried....especially eyes they prescribe an antibiotic in he tetracycline family...which I'm terribly allergic to. Beaded masks warmed in the microwave has helped but then it aggravates my skin. Approx. once a year i'd been getting laser treatments and it has kept my face and eyes calm by zapping the blood vessels I make; I have an ususually painful type of rosacea. Lately the laser is not working that long and have been getting corneal abrasions almost constantly. Every source of omega oil capsule has made me ill. A woman who works in a vitamin area suggested hyaluronic acid and she had a bottle of NeoCell, 100 mg per 2 a day. She said to start with one since I'm so sensitive and I noticed an improvement. After a week, I went up to 2 and notices a slight pain in my eye so added 3 and it stopped. For my face I read about a Derma-Ced Redness Redux serum and tried it and it really cooled my face down without any bad reactions. I read about joint lozenges which get into your system faster and tried it, but there is something in it that is bothering me....the only thing I can think of is perhaps Xylitol which is a sugar alcohol but considered very safe and a sweetener...not really like regular alcohol...but being so sensitive, not working for me...so back to the NeoCell. I am going to up it to 4 and see if it can keep me from going more often from laser which is not covered by insurance. We all have different body chemistry so who is to say if you are very sensitive, the NeoCell may bother you.. Just giving my opinion. I did notice the burning when I took just the one HA lozenge for JOINT andCartilage. Our eyes use a lot of HA! I rarely see HA for rosacea so this could be something rather new as they don't know what causes rosacea.

I am halfway through the bottle and have been reaping the benefits of this product. My knees don't bother me like they did before and my skin looks more youthful. The lozenges have a fruity flavor but you can feel a slightly slimy texture (this being the hyaluronic acid) as it dissolves. I don't mind the texture but can see where it would bother some people. Despite that, I love how effective this product is for me and will purchase again.

This was an interesting product, and I think it did help me to a point. I had very damaged, arthritic knees and rather constant joint pain. I bought these, because I knew my cartilage was very thinned and contributing to my pain. I definitely felt improvement initially. What I did not know was that I had osteophytes as well, and once the soft tissue plumped up enough, those spurs started digging into the soft tissues. However, it drove me to the doctor, who did X-rays, and it was learned just how far gone my knees actually were, which sent me to a surgeon and now I have had knee replacement surgery, which has cured my pain. I think, if I had found this early on, it might have slowed down or perhaps avoided the loss of cartilage that lead to the bone-on-bone situation which promoted the formation of bony osteophytes. Speculation on my part, but I did think these had beneficial effects for me for a time.

Helps relieve joint pain and stiffness!

This is my second review of this product. I still am really happy with my purchase of these lozenges. My right knee is now completely pain free and, while my left knee is more damaged, I have no more swelling and the only thing I take for the problem is this HA. Additiinal benefits have become apparent: no more dry eye was able to discontinue eye drops and my optometrist says eyes look great and no need to see opthamology! Also, provides 'feminine' lubrication and so no more need for potentially dangerous Premara cream use.

Excellent product. Bought this to help with Sjogren's syndrome- to get moisture back- relieved constant thirst rapidly and lots of membrane related issues being relieved progressively. The HA is absorbed directly in the mouth - that's important because HA can be broken down by stomach acid. Some other products do have coatings or are hard compressed to help get past the stomach too.
