Case with Trackpad Keyboard for iPad mini 7th(A17 Pro, 2024)/6th Generation 8.3 inch,7-Color Backlit Wireless Keyboard Magnetic Detachable Multi-Angle Stand Cover for iPad mini 6 7 Black

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this Ipad Mini A17 keyboard and trackpad deserve a review. Firstly, I am writing this review on it, the Eampang keyboard and trackpad case.It does take some time getting used to typing on this little keyboard, but I have a few days using this, I can type “good”. I say good cuz the layout and keys are much smaller than a standard keyboard. I have a Microsoft Surface Go 3 which has a 10.5” screen size and a small keyboard and trackpad to use. I’ve had the the Surface Go 3 for years and I am able to type decently on that. So using this smaller keyboard does take time to get used to typing. I make quite a few mistakes while typing some characters because they are not where my fingers are used to being at. The ‘ is with the letter O, and the “ is on the letter P. So I have to pause and look for those characters, and you have to use the Fn key at the same time to activate those characters.The trackpad works great, it’s big enough for a little keyboard and works very well. I can do quite alot of things with the trackpad like pinch to zoom. I definitely wanted a keyboard with a trackpad.This case is a mini version of the Surface Go 3 laptop. Also the Ipad holder case separates from the keyboard if you just want to use the case. It has a pencil holder on top of the case and the pencil is securely held in that slot.The backlit keyboard is an imortant feature if you’re looking for a keyboard case. 3 brightness intensity and a few different color lights. I tend to keep my light in white.The case holds a charge for a long time. I got this case last Monday and I’ve not had to charge it yet. Also the case shows up on the Ipad Mini A17 how much charge is left, since it is bluetooth connected.Kickstand works great, it has quite a few different landscape angles and 1 portrait angle. The portrait angle works good since there is a little flap to lean it just a bit without falling over.The case part that holds the Ipad Mini, holds the Ipad Mini securely; also has good bump and drop protection.This little case is well thought of and so much better than the swivel or mini magic keyboard styles. The Ipad mini doesn’t tip over when leaning back cuz of the kickstand, and I have more horizontal angles that are useful than a mini magic keyboard style.The keys in my opinion has a bit too much travel when pushing down. Most of my typos occur because of this.This keyboard and trackpad makes my Ipad Mini A17 into a small, functional laptop, perfect for on the go or traveling. And, it’s not too heavy when it’s altogther.

Got it fast and It works perfectly fine! It gives my iPad mini a much needed keyboard. One note is that the keys are pretty small, so it’ll definitely take some getting used to, but it does perfectly function!

I have both a mini 6 and a mini 7. This fits and works on both. I have pretty much given up using my laptop as I can do pretty much everything I want on my iPad mini. The biggest issue has always been typing longer emails or documents. Pairing was simple. I LOVE the touchpad!! You just put the curser where you want and either right or left click the touchpad. When it’s on, mine glows red, though you can change the colors and brightness. It will go into sleep mode after a bit to preserve the battery. The manufacturers recommend a two hour charge time and turning it off when not in use. The keyboard itself has pretty much all the functions of a regular laptop…though touch typing is a bit difficult due to its smaller footprint. The keyboard detaches from the case via magnets. It also has a nice slot inside the case for storing an ipad pencil. For me there are two issues. First, the case is very solid and protective on all sides (and it has a discreet kickstand). For my day-to-day use, I often pop my mini 7 in my purse (it has cellular) so I can use the gps or check the calendar while on the go. This case is a bit too heavy and bulky for that. So, I’ll probably use the case on my mini 6…I can move the keyboard between the two as needed. Second, is a minor nit. I have my iPads locked into landscape mode, with the power cord coming from the left (due to where my outlets are). Thus, the camera is on the lower right, while facing the screen. This is upside down from how the case attaches to keyboard. There, the camera is on the upper left. Of course, I can work around this. Altogether, this is an excellent keyboard case for both the iPad mini 6 and 7. It’s so wonderful to finally be able to type out longer documents (and use the touchpad), rather than using the screen keyboard’s limited functions.

Fit my iPad nicely keep it nice and protected. Keyboard works amazing. I love the functionality of it having the keyboard makes productivity and that I love amazing value for what you’re getting. I’ve seen these go for almost triple the price highly recommend.

Now this is the first one I tried for my iPad mini 7. It is amazing. The buttons are responsive and not too small, and it comes with a trackpad which makes it even more convenient to use. The quality of the case itself feels really good. The outer material is a soft leatherette material.The portrait mode would be a bonus if I decide to read something. The quality seems good and it seems like it will last for several years. I am very happy with this purchase.

The iPad mini case attaches to the landscape keyboard, but can also detach so the iPad can stand freely in landscape or portrait mode. The stand offers multiple viewing angles and feels sturdy and functional.The case fits the iPad perfectly, with all buttons easy to click and the charging port accessible. The camera and speaker cutouts align precisely. The pencil holder makes it easy to place and retrieve the pencil, which charges while it's placed.The keys on the keyboard work well, not too tight or too loose, a little in the middle, and feel confident when typing. Keeping in mind that this keyboard is shorter in length compared to a standard keyboard, and with my larger hands, it felt comfortable for short typing sessions. The trackpad is great and supports a lot of the iPad's touch gestures! The backlighting on the keyboard works amazingly in the dark, allowing you to cycle through different colors and brightness levels, or it can be turned off.The shortcut keys at the top of the keyboard are very handy, providing easy access to some common functions such as search, dictation, Siri, screenshots, and the usual multimedia functions including: previous track, play/pause, next track, mute, and volume.
