How many mg each pill?

A paltry 2.5mg per pill. On average I take 5-9 pills a day.I don't see this being sold in higher mg pills. If you find some with this kind of purity, let me know.

Does this supplement break a fast?

I doubt it but I am not 100% sure. I can tell you it IS an appetite suppresser however, you can get the shakes/ trembles/ nausea if you take it on an empty stomach. Not always but a lot of times. And for me it suppresses so much I have forgotten to eat/ meal supplement a whole day. It sounds like a low dose and everyone's different i take 2 a day morning and afternoon though the directions say 3xs a day. If I take it past 4pm, It'll keep me up till the wee hours of the morning. But, again everyone is different. For myself this has been the ONLY OTC suppressant and energy pill that has worked for me and I have tried a gang of other stuff. Good luck!

i got this product and its got me going to the bath room with the runs did anyone else have this problem

I didn't have the runs when I first started using this yohimbine, but it did make me urinate a lot more during my first two weeks. The frequent urination went away after that.
