A quality yet affordable yoga mat
I’ve been doing yoga for years. I’ve had different quality and price level mats. My goal is to find a quality mat (can’t be sacrificed) at reasonable price. I think I’ve accomplished it. The 6mm mat provides enough cushion and density. I feel my knees are being protected and yet it’s firm enough for a balance pose. I really appreciate such a quality mat that is accessible to many people through an affordable price point.

This is a great yoga mat! I injured my knee a while back and it is still a bit sore, but with this mat, I was able to do poses that require to be on your knees, I recommend this mat!

Love this yoga mat
I've used it 3 times since it arrived, and it's been perfect so far. Its a touch thicker than my previous mat, which is better on my knees, but its not so thick that my balance is affected. Has the right amount of grip to keep from slipping and I like that each side has a different texture. As for the smell, it isn't strong--I can only smell it when I have my forehead on the mat. Hoping this lasts me a while!

Good mat
Nice mat. Before this mat, I had 2 cheap mats that I would use together and still had issues on my knees. This ONE yoga mat is firm enough to protect the knees with comfort against a hard floor. Very lightweight as well.

Good Cushion for Sensitive Knees
This mat is so much better than the ones at the local YMCA. It provides good cushioning along with good grip. I haven't had it long enough to know how well it will last, but the first impression is excellent!

Doesn’t stay flat watch your cats!
I bought one before was ok this one doesn’t stay flat so I’m rolling it opposite. I guess you get what you pay for. I gave it too my granddaughter.

Favorite mat
This is the fourth yoga mat I have bought in about 5 years. I really like this one a lot. I was looking for something non-slip, and this one is. It's also very cushioned without making balancing poses more difficult. And it's super lightweight.

Yogis - Great Option
Mat is great for yogis!Avid Hot Yoga yogi. This upgrade in mat is great. A little heavier to lug around, but worth it.
