No, I even use it with a dress with light colors and it is not noticeable at all.

Q: Does this have same material like the shaper shorts do the same mesh like material that is use to push up the butt

To me it is a simple Lycra panty girdle with an extra layer of material over the tummy area. There is no seam in back to shape the buttocks. Not familiar with shaper shorts but I don’t think this product is meant to lift the butt.
