The price is good and the product helps me to go to sleep slowly, naturally. It is easy to swallow. It works within 30 minutes give or take. There is no butter after taste.

I have great difficulty sleeping because of chronic pain syndrome and recently a botched knee replacement surgery, so I need something that will literally knock me out and i figured that I’d try this product because I have spent a ton of money on sleep aids and none of them actually work. I was truly surprised and amazed that I took two pills and within 30 minutes I was out and slept for 6 hours. I will certainly continue to purchase these because they work for me.

Generic Benedryl is equally effective. This product is fine. BUT, warnings about BPH and kidney or liver issues, and dementia! So, be cautious.
