Will be reordering this one for certain! I applied 4 drops twice a day to my inner thigh creases and right on pubic mound... Reversed the devastating symptoms of atrophic vaginitis in one month. I was so bad off that I thought I had a bad UTI, but tests were all normal. After one month of agony.. burning urination at least twenty times per day, with virtually no sleep.... I figured out the problem online. Didn't know that atrophic vaginitis (I'm 71) could mimic the same nasty symptoms as a UTI! SO I PURCHASED THESE DROPS AND I'M BACK TO NORMAL. Absolute God send! I use two drops internally mixed with some evening primrose oil from a capsule just like I used to use estrace vaginal cream. To be used three times a week. My M.D told me estrogen needed to be applied to the internal tissues in order to be effective. Due to irritation from estrace estradiol cream, I tried an estriol cream that recommended external application, but ended up seeing my doctor due to severe irritation. I am so glad I switched to this product. Absolutely no irritation and two drops mixed with a some evening primrose oil is so easy to apply especially if I use an applicator. Completely happy with this product and results. I pray this company will be greatly blessed.Update:March 2019I have recently switched to using Bezwecken estriol ovals for my problem due to the messiness of trying to combine the the estriol with oil for internal use. I still highly recommend this product for topical skin use as it is a very effective estriol.

I am peri-menopausal and have been supplementing my estrogen, progesterone and pregnenolone (playing around with the last hormone mentioned just recently) for a long time now, many years infact. Recently, (this year) I was using an oil based product with estrogen in it but switched to this product as the other interfered with the ph of my girly parts. Yes i use this on my girly parts as it helps to keep it healthy and functioning properly (relieves dryness, do your research you will find that applying estrogen directly to is very appropriate and much needed as our body's make less of the hormone as we age). This product is applied to the skin for absorption.I have been using this product since the first week of August and i like it, i will definitely order it again when i run out, and would like to check out some of their other products as well. I think this will be a keeper for me. What i liked about it as opposed to the other creams i have used is that the drops absorb nicely and quickly into the skin, whereas the cream can be a bit much, and it takes a long time to rub into the skin AND there are a bunch of other ingredients in those products. AND... for me personally i cannot apply the cream to my girly parts. (i tried but it burned, laugh). So this product is PERFECT for my needs. If i apply it to my girly parts i do not also need to apply it to my skin. I would also like to mention that the dropper was clear glass so i could clearly see the product in the dropper however, even if i couldn't this in no way kept me from accurately dosing the recommended amount of drops as that can only be measured by the drops coming out of the dropper as opposed to the contents in the dropper. It's such a minimal amount of drops needed so this never presents a problem.Did i have wow'ing results? For me no, but that was because i had already been supplementing my estrogen topically, and already know and experienced the great effects it can have as i age (for me this is for maintenance). However!!! if you have not been doing so then your results will be more noticeable and positive as 'i feel' all females should look at addressing hormones inbalances ....IF we want to stay young and healthy as we age. I say ''IF'' because some females don't want to, but again if you do your research you will find that the effects of the lack of hormone production in our body's causes alot of health issue that come with age. I will be 50 next month from the date of this review and i am also a grand mother but people will not believe it because i look so young and part of that is that i have been taking bio-identical hormones for years now. (i also eat well, take lots of antioxidants and supplements) I started taking hormones when i was in my early 40's (maybe even late 30's). The way i see it is we have two choices as women; we can resign to the thought that we will just have to accept aches and pains...etc, that aging brings OR we can continue to supplement with hormones as our body's slow down in producing them (and i don't just mean estrogen, i mean all of the hormones our body's make) and we can continue to enjoy a healthy version of us even if we are 50 plus. For me supplementing my hormones (a few of them like; estro/proges/hgh/throw in a bit of pregnenolone/testosterone as needed etc) in a natural way is what i have chosen to do and my health, vibrancy, energy, young looking skin ........etc. is proof enough for me that i am doing the right thing for me as a woman. This is one tool i use in a broad scale approach to being and staying as healthy and young feeling as i possibly can. The question is are YOU willing to take the time, effort, hours and hours of research, months of trial and error for your own self, health and well being. IF you feel that you are worth it, you will. If you don't value yourself enough, or your health then you won't. The choice is ours and ours alone.Happy researching and taking your own health into your own hands. I wish you a healthy, positive course on your life's journey.Additonally: i thought it was odd that a guy reviewed this estrogen product, i think he may have meant to review a non-estrogen product that threw me off (unless ofcourse he was taking the estrogen in attempts of changing his gender). Another person said it tastes great. Which really threw me off because this is not a by mouth product. These little drops are miraculous! I take 4 drops internally under my tongue per day. Within about 2 weeks I noticed the feminine dryness that came along with menopause seemed to be better. The hot flashes remained (intense flashes about every 45 minutes). I decided to keep taking the drops because they were relieving the dryness. While I was in the middle of my 2nd bottle (after about 3 months) I started to notice that the flashes were diminishing. Now I only notice them sporadically (maybe about 3-4 per day) & they are very mild. I will continue to take these drops indefinitely!Update October 2021I'm still taking these drops as before and my hot flashes are still under control! I had to have a hysterectomy last December and I had to stop taking them for about a month prior & after the surgery. The hot flashes started to ramp up again, so that was the end of not taking these precious drops. I now take Progesterone, because my chiropractor suggested I take that along with the Est-adapt and my hormones are doing just fine.

I found my way to EST-Adapt after another estriol cream I was using changed their formula and was less effective for me. I absolutely love how easy it is to control your dosage. Basically, one drop = .5 mg... much easier than trying to get your ideal dose based on a pump or half pump or whatever. I waited to review this product until I had used it for 2-3 cycles. My symptoms are so much better now - no premenstrual migraines, no more excessive hair shedding, periods are more stable and less heavy, and my skin is happier. I'm very pleased w/this product and will continue to purchase in the future.

It works well to establish a feeling of aliveness and lubrication that hasn't been in my nether parts for many years. I plan to purchase again.
