Awesome little fan. Small and portable. Great for camping.

This review is for the 260 USB rechargeable fan. I am a fan connoisseur, I cannot sleep without a fan, and I always need a fan facing me at my desk at work. I have bought more than 30 fans over the last decade. The fan has a single button which when pressed allows you to cycle through 4 speed modes. When held down, it turns on a night light and when held again, it turns off. The only way to turn the fan off is to cycle through all the fan modes. Not a feature I like in a fan. On the lowest setting is has plenty of air flow and it's very quiet. I had to position it further back than my Tripole fan as the air flow is quite a lot. I can hear my PC fan over the top of this fan. It really is quiet. I swapped my bed side table fan for one of these too, and I'd say it was a bit too quiet as I prefer a bit of white noise to sleep to. The battery is a 5000mAH battery which is replaceable. The battery pack is 2x 2500mAH 18650 cells in series. You could probably find generic replacements. The battery seems to last a long time. I've not had them run out of battery from all day use on the low setting. The head can tilt up, and slightly downwards, however on the low setting, if tilted downwards, the edge of the fan seems to rub and makes an unpleasant sound. The tilting action is manual, there's no oscillation Came supplied with a USB C cable with the other end being a standard USB A. The cable length was approx 1 meter and white like the fan. The front cover can be removed, as well as the fan blades detached for cleaning without any tools required.

It is small and well made, but it does pack a punch for it's size. If you want a small air circulator/fan that is quiet, then this is it. My wife can't stand fans that are noisy and rattle You need a socket with a usb socket in it,or a usb charger to charge it, It also comes with a usb c cable. It'll last up to 14 hours off a full charge, on 1st speed . I would use 2nd,or 3rd speed, obviously it would drop the stated 14 hours down, but you could take the charger with you and plug it in. We also have the larger 1056 air circulator, which is also well made and very quiet. I was always told Quality does come at a cost , but it also lasts !.
