This is my second I'm ordering plix tabs ! I've been taking these tablets for 1 month ,1 day 1 tablet dissolving in 200 ml of water after 30 mins of light breakfast! But I also maintained healthy lifestyle like avoiding fast food , adding fruits and avoiding sugar in my diet with good sleep cycle.
