Quality matters big time with supplements. Pretty sure I'm not the only one who has bought supplements and come away disenchanted because they didn't work as I'd hoped. Turns out a lot of supplements have all kinds of unhealthy/borderline toxic added ingredients AND the actual main supplement ingredient isn't a high enough dosage to be therapeutic - which is what we buy the dang thing for, right? Caveat: You can't continue to make unhealthy choices like refined cards, drive thrus, sweets etc. and expect ANY supplement to work. Reviewing purchases is not a common behavior of mine. But I was compelled to share how relieved I am to have found Dr Berg's Magnesium Glycinate. My sleep has improved by 80%. I was starting to awaken during the night and feared developing a pattern. Thankfully after taking this product for a few nights, the developing pattern was broken. Great magnesium! Purchased quite a few times! Many magnesium supplements out there but this a trusted one for me.

Nevef took this type magnesium before, just th regular tablets, but I have been a follower of Dr. Berg for many years and after hjis explanation and all the details he gave convinced me to buy his branded product even at a price that was considerably higher than neighboring brands. At first I just took two a day in the a.m. but after more research and following his suggestion for seniors men over 75 to take a couple more a couple times throughout the day. I walk 1-2 miles barefoot in the beautifully mowed field benind our co-op building and ride my bidcycle 5 miles a day, making every mile count with max effort in-between short nasal breathing breaks. SO, all I can say is these capsules taken as suggested WORK the MAGIC for me!! No more cramps, tons of energy, and BP readings like 117/67 pulse 65 are OK by me & my doc. I’ve been taking Dr. Berg’s Magnesium Glycinate and I’m very happy with the results so far. The item arrived hot, which worries me because supplements should be transported and stored properly to maintain their quality. I hope Amazon will be stricter in guiding the concerned departments and delivery teams on how products like this should be handled and delivered safely, especially in hot weather conditions.
