I have owned this travel charger/power bank for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! I never travel without it, and have taken it on weekend getaways, international trips and backpacking trips. It always comes in handy and I've had numerous people admire it and ask me about it. The attached lightning charger cord makes it incredibly convenient, along with the two USB ports, so I can charge up to 3 devices at once. I also love the fact that I can plug the charger in and it will first charge all my attached devices, and then charge itself (pass through). I normally don't write reviews, but recently the charge indicator light on my charger/power bank went out. The charger itself is still working great, just no light. With no warranty and after a year of using it, I didn't have much hope that Luxtude would be able to help me, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to email and try. To my amazement they contacted me immediately. Instead of just saying "no" or charging me to fix it like I expected, they offered to send me a brand new charger as a replacement, free of charge. It just arrived and now I not only love Luxtude products, I am a huge fan of their awesome customer service too!

We’ve had this item for years. We thought we lost it in the airport on our last trip so we ordered another - the exact same charger. We found the original one, but we’re keeping this one because it’s been so reliable and helpful with charging our phones on the go and even some of our kids’ toys/Amazon Fire/etc. that need to be charged with the other cords. It’s lasted a long time, takes up veeery little space, and we’re happy we have two now. Highly recommend

This was my third purchase. First one was great. My mom took mine because she loved it but then she lost it. Bought two more. My last purchase was July 2nd, two months ago. The iPhone charging cable failed me this time.I used it on the plane and don’t know whether the charging cable couldn’t hold but for over $60+ for the product, I would think this device would sustain that. It no longer charges my iPhone. I’ve been such a fan of Luxtude over the years, recommending it to all my friends. But in the past two months, this is the second Luxtude product that has failed me.When it did work, it worked great. It’s a super fast charge, convenient with the wall plug, and looks very sleek. Loved it. Paid a high premium compared to other products. Just wished it last more than two months. Not buying Luxtude again.

The media could not be loaded. This is an update. My power bank just stopped working about a two weeks ago. This is not due to any kind of damage done to it. None of the cords deliver a charge, nor does the USB port deliver a charge on any cord. Six months is too short a time for a power bank lifespan. *****(Previous review) This is an important part of my travel plans. It gives me confidence in my capacity to stay connected no matter my circumstances. It recharges very quickly by being plugged directly into a wall outlet. It has a USB-A port, and connectors for all types of devices built in so you do not need the tangle of cords. Mine has been sufficient for a full day’s travel without recharging.

I like everything about this power bank except for the weight, which limits usefulness. This unit has lithium batteries and cannot be placed in checked baggage on passenger aircraft. It must be placed in passenger's carry-on item. I carry a battery bank in my handbag while traveling to recharge my iPhone or camera during extended sightseeing excursions. This model will add too much additional weight to be comfortable. Overall, the unit is attractive and well made. In particular, the built-in lightning cable and wall plug are great features.

I use to have a charger like this made by RavPower a while back. In short, I am very happy with this purchase! Solid material - doesn't feel cheap. Three different built in chargers, USB port and you charger it in a wall? In my opinion, its one of the better chargers out there!Highly recommend for anyone.

Brittany Vasseur recommended it saying she had one both upstairs and downstairs. Since this is my first such portable charger, I have nothing to compare it to other than Brittany's review and iffy reviews of other brands I saw in my comparison research. Reliable so far. Have had for a couple of months. I bought it thinking of reliability and travel use. It's a lot heavier than I expected. Maybe not so travel friendly. Or put another way, it may be a question of more power versus something lighter with less power. I have no experience to judge. Reliable so far. Charge power remaining shows by light not percentage: green full, blue not so full, and red the end is near. I get about 3 full to partial charges before it reaches blue. I think I would prefer a percentage report. I like that it has not only a connection fit for my Samsung, but also for other makes as well, in case someone elses brand needs a charge, or I change brands. I also like not having to travel with a long cord and connection plug. But since the length of cord on this device is short, you do need a close by surface for the phone to lay on. Not dangle. Follow the instructions for pulling each device plug out of its slot.

came in quick! works great! unit charged my iphone 6 a total of 4 times from fully dead to 100% while not using.. finally died and recharged itself in a little less then 4hrs..i like the way its got a built in ac plug to charge itself.. i wouldnt use the built in lighting cable since all cables break overtime, if your using the phone while charging, use a usb to lightling cable.. but if your doing an overnight charge or not using the phone then id use the built in lightning cable.5 stars will do it!
