I really like Prostpro. I've taken saw palmetto products in the past and wasn't really sure if I was getting the benefit that I was looking for. But with this product, and it's unique formulation, I really feel as if I'm taking something that is a better benefit to my overall health. I like the fact that the capsules are a really well made and I don't get any kind of repeating after taking them.

Traditional Ayurvedic formulation with several ingredients that have a long history in traditional medicine. Per the description, this mix is supposed to help with the prostate, namely relieving BPH symptoms. I did a quick search and was able to identify each ingredient. Teh main ingredient is tribulus which, I wasn't aware had prostate benefits. The rest of the items were much more esoteric in nature - I literally had never heard of them. Not that I am some Ayurvedic guru but I do read a lot about supplements. At any rate, they all do seem to have some benefit related to the prostate, but it doesn't appear as though there is an scientific research on it. After having taken it for a week, I can say I noticed no adverse effects, but also no improvements either. Does not mean these are not quality supplements, might just mean I need more time to see it work or this mix does not work for me. Could be either. I will finish the bottle as it does seem to be well made from a company with a long history of Ayurvedic medicine in India. If there is improvement, I will may update. In terms of price, this is ~50 cents per serving. If there is a long term benefit, that is absolutely worth it.

The ingredients themselves are quality as well as they include gokshura, choti harad, sat nimboo, and shwet parpati. Furthermore, the supplement is also a good value because it contains 60 servings at just $30 per bottle. That being said, the 60 servings does equate to a one-month supply as suggested use is two capsules per day. One area for improvement with the supplement is that it does not disclose what the capsules are made of in the ingredients. The capsules were tasteless, easy to swallow, and didn't have any side effects. I also didn't experience any stomach discomfort when taking these. The bottle was sealed well and had a professional looking label on it. The capsules were in good condition with all of them being intact in the bottle.
