RNotes®: Nurse's Clinical Pocket Guide

As an RN, this is definitely a must carry.

RNotes has been a lifesaver for me during nursing school. I am a second semester nursing student and use this during every clinical, as it fits perfectly in my scrub top.I would definitely recommend for nurses and student nurses!

I am not overwhelmed with the usefulness of this tool yet. The EKG strips are hard to read and not complete. The lab values have no connection with disease or indications. A lot of very basic stuff that is just not suited for a senior nursing student and probably not so much for a nurse either. Everything based on the ABC's.That's my opinion. I won't be carrying these around like I thought I would.

Nursing reference

This is great for clinicals It has lab values, how to do an assessment, what to look for (s/s) on certain things, examples and descriptions of the popular diseases, pages where you can write in your assessment data (although I dont find this useful because the pages are through out the book so you would almost have to flog them). But they do have pages to make photo copies and have them when you get report from your nurse. OVERALL AWESOME, what every nursing student needs. I also would recommend the current version of Mediquick Drug cards for clinical too. they have yet to let me down.

This literally came overnight, and I picked Standard Shipping.It's full of information, and it's perfect for me as a nursing student because it's pretty much a cheat sheet for clinical. It's so much easier using this for lab values than flipping pages in the textbook I got freshman year.I saw one review saying the pages don't turn. They're a little stiff, but they'll turn if you keep flipping (:

Perfect for nursing students.

Super useful. I like how you can write on the pages and erase it with alcohol. Fits right in your scrub pants pocket (at least it did for me!)

Great book

This is perfect for reference during clinical. I like that I can use dry erase markers on the pages to make notes, however these pages should be on the front and not mid section of the book.

This pocket guide covers essential clinical information and skills. Some of the topics are assessment, obs/peds/geri, diseases and disorders, emerg/trauma, meds/IV fluids, labs/ECG's. A compact reference!

Has laminated pages which is great for medical environment to keep them clean, has everything you could need in there, highly recommended
