Customer service is superb, they really are what they say. The helped me all the way through although I killed my spirulina or maybe it was defected on the travel over idk. But I' did everything as I was told. Their customer service alone makes me want to buy more of their stuff.

Very healthy/hearty culture, I added the suggested amounts of ingredients to the medium and the little guys are thriving despite my ignorance. The culture is so thick light barely penetrates 2 inches. Many other people are selling similar cultures for over double, very happy with what i got.Would definitely order more if I ever manage to kill what i have.

I set up my cultures in a 2.5 gallon tank and after four days there was a small noticeable growth already! It’s hard to find info on growing algae but the guide that came with it helped a ton. I added a small amount of liquid CO2, dechlorinated tap water, and some liquid fertiliser (small amount). As I said it’s only been a few days and I’ve already noticed growth. Definitely buy this if you’re on the edge or considering.

After 2 orders, I finally grew live algae.

My son needed this for his science fair project. It was exactly what it listed it was, he was able to add it easily to his experiment, and he made it to states.

Bottle was damaged and had a leak inside of a sealed bag. Instructions were dry though. Will update on the grow process
