These are fine, but I probably won't order again in the future.They are a little difficult to put in since the cushion and heel are one big piece of adhesive. Also, I personally didn't like the extra cushion in the heel. I found the material to be a little too silky and I would have preferred a grippier material since I bought these mainly because my shoes were a little too big and slipping off my heel.The product is good quality, and it might suit your needs better than mine. However, if you're like me and looking for something to keep your shoe from falling off, you might want something grippier than this.

I bought these based on the positive reviews. They are bulky and do not stay put. I cut them thinking that perhaps the heel part might work but still bunched up and moved. I will be throwing them out and ordering the regular ones that have always worked.

I love these. They work really well...but I actually used them opposite of how they are suppose to! I put the sticky side up to stick to my foot so my foot doesn’t come out of the shoe! It works!

This Heel pads are pretty well!!!!I love to wear high heels, but it always make my feet hurt. The soft gel metatarsal pads make me avoid rubbing my feet.Most important at all, the pads are big enough with wonderful shape, so they can stick on my shoes perfactly.I love this product. Recommanded!

I bought these for a shoe that was tearing up my left heel. They are super sticky as advertised. They provide a cushion for my heel so it doesn't rub against the leather of the shoe and have definitely improved the comfort. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from an uncomfortable shoe experience (I cannot speak to their ability to make wearing a slightly bigger shoe much easier as my shoes are true to size for my feet)!

HIGHLY recommend these for anyone dealing with pain from uncomfortable shoes OR if your shoes fit you too big. I used them for both scenarios and they resolved the problem.

These do not work. I put them in my heels and my foot would still slide out. I will keep looking.

These did not do it for me. I wish I had purchased something different. The concept was right, however I had a hard time making these work for me. I had to use these in the front, and the back of my shoes, and it still bombed good luck.
