I actually like this product I was dealing with borderline issues and when I went to go get labs and panels done I can see a big difference.

Chromium helps regulate blood sugar levels. It is not necessarily a cure for diabetes, but can be added to your diet to help with your sugar levels. I have used chromium on and off as a supplement for a long time to help me as I am diabetic. This formula was very good and the strength was excellent. The palace did not have a taste to them so they were easy to swallow. There are 90 capsules that also include cinnamon which has been shown to help with sugar spikes. Take one once a day so for me this is a three month supply. It is non gmo and the information given in the company that manufacturers thesis excellent. From what I can see this looks to be a very good brand and the quality looks excellent. I highly recommended. Recommend adding chromium to anybody’s diet to help with those sugar cravings which it does help. Product was well within date range for using and plenty of time to use it.

As someone well into their senior years who has had type 2 diabetes for many years besides my regular prescribed doctor’s medication for my medical issues, I also take several supplements to support my various medical conditions. When I saw this product on Amazon for a bargain price (Now Tri-Chromium 500 mcg, with cinnamon, insulin co-factor) I decided to purchase it. I was pleased with the quick delivery service. I am happy with my purchase at this time and look forward to adding this supplement to support my diabetes sugar level readings. My wife and I have been taking these for 3 months on a regular basis. Just did A1C testing and saw no improvements. Numbers for both of us were the same as it was without taking it. May work for you, but it did not work for us.

UPDATE 5/3/14 I've raised it to 5 stars. . By now I recognize a definite pattern of improved energy, and a lesser NEED to eat. That "need to eat" to restore my energy was driving me to over eat. On the other hand, I've not lost weight. This and Anti-aging LX - Alpha Lipoic Acid & Acetyl L-Carnitine have made very significant improvements in my daily life. ***BUT read my review of the Anti-aging LX - Alpha Lipoic Acid & Acetyl L-Carnitine BEFORE you start taking it.*** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- . I originally started taking one of these at night. Over the next week I found myself waking up about 4:30 - 5:00. Not fully rested, but too awake to go back to sleep. Now I take one in the morning and have no problem sleeping. Did it give my body more energy? Don't know. I *THINK* that I feel a little bit better, but I'm not sure. If it wasn't for the very solid effect of waking up a couple of hours early when I took it at night, than I might not order it again. . As to other effects, I haven't noticed any. But it DOES have an effect, small as it may be, and the price is relatively cheap, so I'll probably reorder.
