The book lit the Fire. This workbook built the routine.
If Atomic Habits is the mindset shift, the workbook is the daily ritual that locks it in. I read the book first (and loved every second of it), but the real magic happened when I got my hands on this workbook.📓 This isn’t just a companion — it’s a game plan.It helps you take James Clear’s concepts and actually apply them to your life — from habit stacking to identity shifts, cue-and-reward systems, and tracking small wins. It walks you through building a real system instead of just “trying to stay motivated.”💡 What I loved most:Clear prompts that guide reflection without fluffHabit trackers that are actually usableGoal reframes that keep you focused on process over perfectionA layout that’s clean, not overwhelming — super user-friendlyReading the book gave me the aha moments. The workbook gave me the consistency and structure to change how I move on a daily basis.🎯 If you’re serious about building a new identity, ditching self-sabotage, and creating systems that actually last, this workbook is the key.Buy the book. Don't wait! But it.
Don't wait. Buy this workbook. It's perfect for if you're thinking of buying the book and want an overview. Or if you're listening to the book (like me) and want something to go along with the audio. So happy I got this.

BUY THIS BOOK!!!
The book and workbook of Atomic Habits is a MUST for EVERYBODY! It breaks down practical things to do in order to obtain good habits and break bad ones. The thing that resonated most with me was the idea of a mindset shift. That is Clear proposes to focus on who it is we wish to become. Identify habits and build up the evidence for THAT person and prove it to ourselves. That statement literally stopped me in my tracks and brought me to tears. I endeavor to remind myself of that daily. Who do I wish to become and focus on that. You owe it to yourself to become the best version of yourself and James Clear's book is a phenomenal tool to assist in such a worthy endeavor.

Useful strategies taken from Atomic Habits but badly written and not edited at all.
I enjoyed working through this book. It has a summary of the book, Atomic Habits, space to write and reflect, questions to answer etc. It did help with breaking down the themes in the book into more manageable portions. However, this book is in desperate need of editing. There are so many glaring mistakes, it’s shocking. By the end of the book, it just lost the plot completely, where an extract of some random novel was tacked on at the end. Bit bizarre.

Not recommended...
It's ok...not affiliated with the book. It summarizes and has some questions for each chapter, but many are yes/no and don't really make you think about what you've read. Also missing a section for Chapter 12 of the book. I'm assuming this was self-published as an actual editor would have caught these issues. I'd just take your own notes on the book as you go in a cgeaper journal/notebook.

Don't buy this
Poorly written and obviously not viewed by a proofreader, never mind an editor. So sorry I bought it.
