Excellent service but refund first safe for replacement ment l had to buy the 2nd while awaiting tefund for the first. They advise refund made but l have never received my money. Will have to advise Amazon.

So the panel to where the key lock is broke off straight away but, apart from that it’s a good product and does the job, good for small spaces, good weight, easy to use and safe

I bought this to lock away prescription pills, so not really for valuables. For my purposes its fine. Not sure if it is really that secure for other purposes. The metal is fine, but the knob to open the safe if very floppy and plastic not metal. Cant comment on bolts, as just sat on shelf in cupboard. Easy to set combination, and comes with 2 override keys. If you need security, get a ‘proper’ fire safe.
