Well, what a shock to find something that actually works for my boy! I have a pair of M. Schnauzers brother and sister, and two years ago, (they are coming up to 4 years old now) both ‘got’ fleas. It was awful for about 3 months until we got it all sorted, thank goodness. Unfortunately my boy didn’t stop scratching completely. Went through the all the food allergy testing and nothing could done as no real cause was found and we then started down the long, expensive Apoquell route for him at £67.00 per month…Yes, these tablets worked but apart from being expensive they also can be dangerous for long term use. Anyway reduced him down to half a tablet, but still moderate scratching. Next, tried Benadryl, worked a bit, but he would still have a really good scratch fest a couple of times a week. Desperation led to having a search on here and well, here we are! These small chews are fabulous because they work! He does still have an occasional scratch, but nothing compared to how he used to be. They are easy for him to take - I break a couple into his breakfast and he seems to like the taste and there have been no upset tummy at all. I am so thrilled I tried these little chews and I know without doubt my boy is too! Excellent product which gives us all relief from his scratching. It’s awful watching your very loved pet’s discomfort, but now, we don’t have to. These chews worked for us! Excellent product.

This is the 5th brand I have tried and fussy-pup loves them. They also say double the dose (per weight) for the first few weeks which initially makes them a bit expensive. As 4 other brands were ineffective (and one was totally unpalatable even to my other gannet) I wasn’t expecting much and I have one more brand I can try before I totally give up. However I’m still on double the dose but the scratching is definitely improving. The clumps of fur that were chewed out overnight are growing back and he’s only having a good scratch first thing in the morning now. He’s also stopped shaking his ears. They are not cheap(but also not the most expensive) but they are much more cost effective than getting treated by a vet with nasty medications which still don’t work. I’m going to persevere with these as they are the best so far.

I am a believer in you get what you pay for so when I saw these chews were twice the price of others on the market I thought they would be top quality and effective. Finished the tub and no difference in my cockapoo behaviour with regards to licking. I understand that it could be because he never had an allergy but the licking has developed recently and these chews are promoted to help with itch, scratching, chewing and licking. Now I am over £30 worse off and my dog has fishy salmon breath.

These have helped my lab out so much, she has quite a bad skin allergy which gets quite inflamed and loses hair, we have seen such an improvement from taking these chews

Ordered these supplements for my English Bulldog as he has itchy skin. When they were opened the supplements were white and brown (it didn’t click in my head that on the photo the supplements were just brown). My dog has been turning his nose up to them but I thought he was just being fussy. I have opened them today and they are furry with mould. I’ve been poisoning my dog with these for roughly a month. I feel so bad. I have used other Bugalugs products with him and they have been fine, wondering if this is a one day off dodgy batch but I wouldn’t take the risk again!

My Cockapoo has been suffering with seasonal allergies licking her paws. The vet’s wanted to put her in long term Apoquel. I didn’t. This has improved her licking her paws by about 90%. She still does every now and again but 1. This has saved me a small fortune and 2. She is so much happier
