I have used this four times so far. I used to have to shave my legs every day; I am now down to shaving only once a week!!! I am fair skinned with medium brown hair, so this product works well on me. I had expensive professional hair removal several years ago....all the hair is now back. With this, I can do maintenance treatments whenever I want to keep smooth skin. I have to use it on the highest setting. The pain is very mild - nothing compared to professional lasers, which feel like being popped with a rubber band. It takes me a little over 30 minutes total to do both full legs. You likely won't see a miraculous hair reduction right away. It takes several times using it. You also have to exfoliate your skin in between treatments to help remove the hairs. With professional laser removal, my hairs literally jumped out of my skin! This product is much milder, but IT WORKS. I would rate it 4 stars because the control buttons are very sensitive, and you have to hold it kinda weird sometimes to keep from touching the buttons and accidentally turning it off or lowering the power level. BUT, because of the value for the price, I definitely give this 5 stars! Oh, and I have to mention that I have barely used any of the 400,000 flashes. It will last me forever!

I bought in several weeks ago and have used it on my legs and armpits and bikini line, It's been 2 more weeks since I used it, I found this a bit uncomfortable but it's bearable, the hair has reduced around 50% so far. I don't have to shave so much and the growth of the hair is much slower to grow back. Hopefully reduce a lot more over the next few weeks. I am satisfied with the results.

The touch sensitive on/off and power level buttons are poorly located and way too easy to touch therefore making it way too easy to unintentionally turn off or change the power level while usings. The trigger/mode button is poorly located and way too big making it way too easy to change trigger/continuous modes while using. There is no good way to grip it without either covering up the vent holes, the touch buttons, or the mode button. It goes into over-temp mode quite a lot which slows the process way down. It is rated for 400,000 flashes but I got less that 100,000 before it completely quit working. It takes several treatments, but IPL does work so buy one if you want one but don't buy this one or any of the others that look exactly the same but are branded differently.

This product never turned on so I could use it. I would Not tell anyone else to buy it. I would rate it a 0, but, it's not there to choose.
