WOW..this is the best cookware ever. I have tried other brands and finally a brand you can trust. Truly now stick. Just a drizzle of oil low to medium heat and the perfect cooked meals ever. I choose to order my pieces separate and create a set just for me. So glad I did. Cooks great, easy clean up, looks and is high-end quality, and very affordable.

We replaced an older non-stick pan we had as I read so many bad things about those coated non-stick pans and we had used it alot. We decided on this ceramic fry pan, good reviews we are very happy with it. Great non-stick non-toxic, and the matching lid is so nice to have, the handle is ergonomic and comfortable. So far very happy with it, had to learn to not crank up the burner to high and so far it nicely browns meat/sausages, great stir fries, eggs don't stick you add a little oil and off you go, medium heat. Very easy to wipe clean, very happy with the pan.

This pan has a very nice non-stick cooking surface that is easy to maintain and should last years using only silicone or plastic or wood utensils. For me it is also the perfect size with an 11 inch external diameter and a 10" internal cooking surface diameter. Tall enough to make sauces and saute and even boil a cup of rice or some macaroni and shallow enough to be able to fry an egg and get in with a spatula comfortably. I really like this pan and highly recommend it.

Best pan I've ever bought. I was skeptical...but the non-stick is amazing. Eggs just slide right off the pan with minimal oil.
