Nice Quality
Was replacing a ceramic fry pan I'd bought a year prior. As with the last one, very easy to use, easy to clean. Hoping this one doesn't lose its capacity to be cleaned like the last one did. So far, just hand washing it after each use, using a scrub pad when necessary to get nonstick spray-on residue off. It's cute and functional and hopefully, survives a few years in good shape.

BUY THIS SKILLET !
I will buy this again just to have more than 1. It is also on my list to buy for my friends that seem to never have a favorite skillet ! It cooks evenly, non stick, and the lid fits nice and tight. Easy clean up.

Unsuccessful Design
The “Perfect Grip” handle won’t suit everybody. It has a pair of stubby protuberances that facilitate a twisting motion, as in pouring, but they also move the user’s hand back away from the pan when lifting, giving decreased leverage. For me the handle seems uncomfortably thick, but it has a cushioned, high-friction feel that some may like. It attaches with a screw - often a troublesome feature. The skillet itself is better: well finished, very lightweight, very nonstick, quickly responsive to changes in heat. Its gently curved shape is good for pouring, not so effective for stir-frying or sauteing. In itself it seems a moderately good choice, maybe somewhat overpriced. It does not claim to be induction ready.I'd say the main flaw in this product is its lid (described by the distributor as “free” - though no doubt only if you buy the pan). It is glass, friction fitted on its outer edge with a bulky silicone gasket reminiscent of a pressure cooker. But there’s no need to build or retain pressure in a skillet (and no claim that it does so), while the gasket makes positioning the lid on the pan clumsy. It also retains food juices between itself and the glass when cooking, so it must come off for cleaning and be replaced after each use. Putting it back on never did seem to work properly - the results were always lopsided - so in the end I just threw mine away. Without a gasket the glass lid can be carefully balanced on the rim of the pan in a way that looks and feels not too unsafe (and, by the way, seals itself automatically with condensation). Of course this is an observation, not a suggestion!I’m not extremely unhappy with this purchase, but I don’t see much to recommend - and I would not buy again.

Great pan and could be better
As a new pan it was outstanding! Heats evenly. Versatile. Perfect Size. Easy to clean. I've had it now for three months and the nonstick is still good but for some unknown reason it is not performing as well now. The second issue I'm having is a classic design flaw. They used a single screw to attach the handle to the pan. It is constantly loose now. Going to threadlock it this weekend.

Love this pan
This is my favorite pan for eggs & omelettes especially but I use for anything I'm frying in small quantities. It just wipes clean with absolutely no effort. As for whether I'd buy it again, I just did! My last one was burnt beyond recognition by a home health aid I hired. I replaced it with the exact same pan.

Stopped being non-stick after about 2-3 weeks of use
I am disappointed with this product. I use this pan mainly to cook eggs or brown something such as tofu. At first, the product was non-stick and then after about 2 weeks in I noticed that my eggs were sticking to the pan. I did not use any invasive scrubbing pad on it and the pan still looks smooth as if there is still coating. However, eggs stick horribly on it! Even my cheap kitchen Aide pan works better than this which I've had for 5 years now. Please don't buy this. I'm bummed because I read the reviews before buying this and many people liked it. It's too late now for me to return the product or get a refund.

UPDATED: don't bother
Update 10/11/19: my girlfriend makes me hash browns in this pan each morning and she reports it has now lost it's non-stick properties and she no longer wishes to use it. I would return but apparently my return window closed 7 days ago. The pan still LOOKS great and we've never used metal utensils in it and it's always been gently hand washed by me.Overall a disappointment and I've reduced my rating from 3 to 2 stars. I initially purchased this because I had some gray-in-color Cerapan stuff I got from the nation's largest retailer (WM) years ago and it was GREAT. This new CeraPan stuff would seem less durableORIGINAL REVIEW:I have to agree with other reviewers that the silicone gasket on the lid is a solid swing and miss. The idea seems ok in theory and it looks nice, but it traps grease, oil, or liquids between itself and the lid. It does come off for cleaning but it makes for noticeably more work if you use the pan and lid frequently. Putting the gasket back on requires a decent amount of dexterity, and the probability of dropping the glass lid in the process is worth consideration. I'm a machinist and mechanic so I assemble intricate things everyday, for reference. It's really nice to have the lid, no doubt, but even if it's considered a "bonus" or "free" it should still be of an intelligent design, and this is not.The pan itself is fantastic, but I'm still docking two stars because something as simple as a lid was over-complicated and over-engineered. As they say, K.I.S.S.

SURPRISED!
I really like this pan, every time I clean it out it looks brand new. I mainly use it for eggs, and seared salmon and chicken breast. I still use a little oil in the pan but no sticking problems at all for me.Just the right size for cooking for two.
