Supplements are difficult to review on amazon as you often have to be taking them for an extended period of time before experiencing any benefits, and there is a limited amount of time on which to post a review, but I've taken these now for a whole month and I have definitely noticed a difference to my energy levels with this one, both during intensive strength workouts, and the speed of recovery afterwards. There are 120 standard sized capsules in the packet, with a recommended serving size of 2 per day, so this will last between 2 months. I have been taking 2 of these at night time with my Zinc and Magnesium and I think it is helping my recovery and energy. You get 120 caps in here, so for me thats 60 days worth for about £15 which is not a lot to pay for the effect I think it is having. Happy to recommend

Believe it or not but many believe that men go through their own kind of menopause called the andropause. It makes sense really that as men age and start to produce less hormones, like women, this could affect them negatively, feeling tired and old. My partner has noticed that he is experiencing less symptoms when taking supplements targeting the andropause and is happy to continue to take them. It matters not if you believe in the andropause as long as you are feeling better, right?! If you are unsure what Fadogia Agrestis is and how it could benefit your body I would suggest you do your own research before taking it. I like to take a break after I have used up a bottle of a new supplement to assess how I am feeling and then make a decision to add it back to my supplement regime if I feel it is beneficial. This supplement from Natral is vegan which is important to us. It's early days yet but I am sure my partner will continue to take this supplement if it helps him.

Good supplement to take and it’s helping my husband with his fitness. His energy levels are better and he finds them easy to use. The supplements aren’t too big or bulky so he’s able to swallow them easily. I’m pleased they don’t have a yucky smell and he says there’s no horrible aftertaste. I think these supplements are good quality and we do recommend them. The value for money is very good.

I have taken Fadogia Agrestis supplements for over a year now and have found it to be very useful for workout performance and especially recovery. I notice it most when I forget to take it, and things don’t go as well as I am used to. These Fadogia Agrestis capsules come in a resealable packet, are a good strength and work at least as well as the ones that I have been used to taking. The capsules are and average size (21.3mm long x 7.3mm diameter) are smooth tasteless and easy to swallow, especially if taken with food as directed on the packet. The brown supplement powder can be seen through the transparent vegan capsule shell and the Directions on the packet state to take 2 capsules daily, so the 120 capsules should last 60-days or about 2-months, if taken every day.
