It took about 15 minutes to set the chair up, it is not the most sturdy chair when put together in the terms of being solid. I still feel it is a great chair and does fit it for what I need it for, the ONLY thing I think the design is missing is being able to tilt/rock back and forth but the arm rests already move when you use the tilt adjustment. I still love this chair and think it is comfortable! The sides are a bit tight since I do carry some weight, I am 5ft 4in tall and weight about 210lbs to give my fluffy ladies an idea about how it fits. I do not have to cram myself into the chair but it is not an oversize wide chair, the padding/seat I was shocked on, I really enjoy it! Overall I think it is a good chair, I think the price is a tad high for the overall features, sturdiness, etc but that is just me. I still fully recommend this product! *DISCLAIMER* The wheels on this chair I bought different ones than what comes with it because I don't like the wheels of normal office chairs. These ones are called Owl Office brand office wheels. :)

I played alot of game in weekend when I am not working, sometimes I can sit there for 10 hours without moving. And a good comfortable gaming chair is really important for me. And this gaming chair is all I need. Bought this over 1 week already. The seat and armrest are really sturdy and comfortable, expecially the armrest, it is adjustable, so it provides me with arm support when I am playing game, in the same time, when I got tired, I can easily change to laying position after long hour of game play. The materials that the backrest is using has a very nice quality and is very easy to clean and cool you down in a summer down. Another thing I like thus chair is that it come with a very detail assembly guide, and I can set this up in 30 minutes easily alone. Overall this is definitely a good buy and better than my $200+ chair from the comfort level.

The chair is easy to build however the back piece part broke so I had to improvise by forcing the back plate into its hole. When assembled, the chair feels comfortable however it is a bit small for me, just wish it was a few inches larger in width in terms of the seat.

I purchased 2 of these chairs, one in white and one in black. Both of them cracked in the exact same place due to the support being made of plastic. I contacted Hbada and they admitted they made a mistake when they ordered the makers for the parts and offered me a refund for my first chair. I had asked them at that time, if they would take care of the second chair also since they told me that their chair was defective and they said they would. I contacted them this past week and they are saying they will not warranty or take care of it, because it has been over a year, even though the reason it broke was because the connector is made of plastic. Beyond the cheap way their product is made (all of it is plastic) and their lack of customer service, the chair itself is not comfortable. The seat does not have a lot of cushion, so I had to purchase an additional seat cushion since it seems like it was not made for comfortable sitting over a long period. The wheels also have popped out easy, where I've had to force it back in. If you are looking for a comfortable chair that is backed by their manufacturer, this chair is not for you.

If you don't want to spend to much it is an alright purchase. But if you want a quality product, this isn't it. Pros: - Very easy to assemble - Relatively inexpensive price point at $149.99 (use a steelcase leap v2 for work which is ~$1k msrp) - Comes with a headrest that is adjustable and comfortable - Mesh back keeps you cooler on warmer days - Design is simple and aesthetic Cons: - Chair back/armrests are wobbly ~6 months into use - makes creaking and thunking noises as well - Mesh back stretches from use as it is only a thin layer - Seat cushion is too deep and not adjustable - Seat cushion becomes uncomfortable within a few hours of use and feels hot to sit in on warmer days

To kick things off I want to talk about comfortability. This chair's cushioning is better than any chair I've purchased at this price point. Same goes for the armrests. Both have an optimal level of softness and stiffness. I tend to slouch at times, but whenever I want to relax, I just lean my head back and rest it against the headrest. As for the materials used in the chair, the mesh used on the headrest and back portion are both very comfortable and breathable. I tend to be at my desk for a good portion of the day, and I'm happy to say it feels fine sitting on it for more than six hours. It was easy to assemble and came with all the parts including the L-key for the screws. The range of motion for both the headrest and back piece surprised me. Whenever I need to take a break, I just pull the latch, lean back, and relax. It's great! A solid buy!

Do not buy this chair! The quality, fit and finish are all terrible and it arrived damaged. The chair is not comfortable and the build is flimsy, it bends and shifts when sitting and creaks constantly. The mesh fabric came exposed from the plastic backing already and after a few weeks is starting to fray. The padding on the bottom and arms don't offer enough support and I'm a skinny person. Don't be like me and trust the 4 star review save your money and buy a quality chair, anything but this one.

Bought this chair Dec 2021 for work and I paid over $400 and now the chair is broken and I have to buy a new chair for work again. Only good for 11 months. Contacted the seller and was told sorry they can’t do anything because the return time is over. THIS IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE! BEWARE!!!!
