PLEASE READ – Actual Capacity is Only 2 Gallons, Not 3.2! The dispenser works well functionally, but I’m very disappointed with the misleading capacity claim. It’s advertised as holding 3.2 gallons, but in reality, it only fits 2 gallons (256 oz / ~7.6 liters). I discovered this the hard way during an event, I had prepared 3 gallons of tea, only to realize a full gallon wouldn’t fit. With no backup container, I had to throw the extra away. To be sure, I’ve tested and measured this multiple times. I've even included a photo showing the water transferred into a 10L stockpot for proof, there’s simply no way it holds the advertised volume. If you need an actual 3.2-gallon dispenser, this is not it and not worth the price. I wish the listing had been accurate so I could have made an informed purchase. I’m giving it 2 stars because the advertising is incorrect and misleading.
