Makes noticeable noise in silence

The clock gets slow overtime, although warranty is mentioned on the machine but Amazon couldn’t suggest how to get that support. The one o am using is not even a month old and there is noise from the machine, sometimes the clock gets stuck and o have to manually reset the time

Clock gear box (which has the battery and run Hand, minute and second) is loose and hanging. It seems seller sent a damaged product. If minute hand is working hour hand will stop working and if both are working second hand will stop.

It doesn't even work properly

There is no center so the clock keeps turning. The hands are flimsy. Bad purchase

There is no refund / return , if you don't like the product The option is only for exchange, which is unfair

Just in a day its stopped working.

Item was very well packaged. Found my cat sleeping on it when I got home. No damage. It came a few days later than expected but received a credit for shipping. Clock looks great where I wanted it and even Poncho seems to approve 😂

This is a beautiful clock, unfortunately i had to return it because it arrived damaged and it was a gift but I would definitely recommend it. Good size, cool looking and functional. Light weight so it will be Easy to set up.

Beautiful addition to the lounge room. Keeps great time and looks fabulous.
