These were requested by my Grandson, he is a brilliant drummer so these will definitely fit the bill.

I've been using Evans heads for a long time their durability is matched by none !!! Usually use clear or coated g2's but decided to switch to the ec2 clears, wow they are superb, easy to tune and seriously open up each drum they are fitted to, the level 360 is certainly noticeable on their heads as well now. I fitted them to a dw maple collectors kit and am seriously impressed.

Excellent value for money. I always used REMO and not knowing what was out there was a stupid move from my part. I decided to take the plunge and get an Evans head. And boy it delivered. Great bang for your bucks ! great touch under the stick, great bounce and nice controlled harmonics.

Average...I'm not a massive Evan's fan tbh. I just bought this one as it could get here faster than the aquarian equivalent

Ich habe die EC2S Serie von Evans bereits auf den Toms meines Mapex Saturn installiert und bin hinsichtlich der Stimmbarkeit und des Sounds begeistert. Dank der integrierten Dämpfung unterhalb des Fells ist kein aufwendiges tunen nötig. Als Warehousedeal habe ich mir ein weiteres Fell geholt, eigentlich als Ersatz. (Hier ein Lob an amazon: Ich habe weniger als die Hälfte des Neupreises bezahlt und das Fell war unbespielt, danke dafür.) Nur zum Test habe ich meine 14''- Snare (Mapex Black Panther Zebra Wood) mit dem Fell bezogen und war völlig baff. Egal ob hoch oder tief gestimmt, klingt diese phänomenal. Als Resonanzfell dient ein Evans Hazy 300, Snareteppich original von Mapex. Daher lasse ich meine Hauptsnare erst einmal in dieser Konstellation. Bezüglich der höheren Fellpannung wird sich im Laufe der Zeit herausstellen, ob das Fell gegenüber expliziten Fellen für Snares im Nachteil ist.

Ótimo som, encorpado, bom controle de sobras (não preciso de nenhum tipo de artificio para controlar os harmônicos) muito fácil de afinar. Passou a ser minha pele preferida, toda a minha batera agora tem Evans Ec2.
