received this item and loaded it on and did not work. I commented to amazon and they got straight in touch with the supplier and they contacted me and were very helpful in giving me advice and links to download to get this working. unfortunately this still does not work and ive had a few people who are clever with software but still this product does not work. 4 days with tyring which is not good
