It’s for my wife. She had sleeping problems. After took one capsule 15 minutes before sleep, her sleeping problems solved. Not sleeping through night but totally different from before. She had it when back to Hong Kong. Her sister introduced her this product. She tried around one week. Her sleeping pattern was totally changed. Is good that we can order it through Amazon. Otherwise we have to mail it from Hong Kong.

Product arrived before expected delivery date which was amazing. Packaging was discreet and package was not damaged during shipment. I have only taken this product for Four days now. I do feel better since I've started taking the Lingzhi but still to early to determine the effects. However, I have been sleeping better at night and wake up rested and energetic. I take two easy to swallow capsules at night. I will follow up as I go through the supplement and provide further feedback.b
