It's working, just have to be patient. My scar has gotten softer and is slowly getting smaller.

After foot surgery to fuse a toe joint my surgeon recommended that I apply a cream containing vitamin E to the incision after the stitches were removed. I bought this scar gel based upon the ingredients and price and am very pleased with the results. I had surgery on both feet (not at the same time) but one bottle was plenty for both three inch long scars. After applying it daily for four weeks or so the scars have virtually disappeared. I am very pleased with the results and recommend this product.

Pro: Good, not great. I like this scar gel. It’s made my raised scar sink back into line along the rest of my skin. The scar itself is still very purple after a month of use. Not sure how long it generally takes, so I’ll continue to use it for now. The scar tape might work well on some other types of scars, did nothing for mine. Con: The gel is hard to get out of the bottle by pumping. You have to hit the bottle on a surface many times so that the gel gathers on the bottom. But when you have used most of it and the level is too low for the pump, but there’s still some in there, it’s impossible to get it all out. I feel wasteful just trashing it when there’s still some left. The scar tape made my skin very red, which took the better part of a week to go away. Just be warned that you might have a reaction to the tape like I did.

I used this gel during the day, along with there night cream, and the silicone tape overnight nights on a fresh surgical scar on my neck and it looks much better 3 months later. (Disclaimer: This is my first surgical scar and maybe it would have looked the same without)

My purchase was exactly as described. Communication was excellent and I would definitely buy from this company again.

I bought one of these exact items in early 2023 and it has an expiration date on it of 3 years (March 2026), which is why I bought another one. However, this one is already close to three years old now, and expires in just a few months! It was manufactured in 9/2023 and expires in 9/2026. No thanks! We rely on the active ingredient in this stuff to work on our scars. I’d rather get another brand of scar gel that I can depend on for the next two or three years, that’s not already three years old and fizzing out. I’m better off using what I have that’s the same age. Just Keep it.
