Will they fit a mans size 12?

I am a male, 6'3'' and size 13, and they fit.

I wear a school uniform and I'm a size 11 shoe !! Can you fold these kneehighs over just below the knee ? Do they stay up and not slide down your leg?

They do not go above the knee, so they fit below the knee. Also, I have had no problem with them staying up.
