Autobahn88 Hood Prop Rod Clip, Compatible with Toyota (OEM: 5345290351) (Pack of 20)

I had to take a razor blade and slightly enlarge the square gap on nose of these clips to get them to work on my 1982 Toyota 4x4 grille. Not sure if it's an aftermarket replacement grille or factory, but just taking a little bit off the leading edge of each gap made them snap in perfectly. Not a big deal, just a couple of seconds on each one to make them work. Again, could just be the grille I was working with, may not be the clip, but FYI.

I bought these to reinstall the front weatherstrip on a replacement hood on my '07 Hyundai Tucson. The original clips came out but looked pretty ragged and I seriously doubted they would hold for long. Hyundai thinks the ones they sell are 24K gold based on their price. These arrived fast and fit perfectly. Installation into the hood proved easy yet they installed with the amount of force I expected of a clip that is expected to hold for many years to come. Overall a great replacement for a factory part.

Bought to replace some damaged mounts in a 2011 Mazda 3; compared the numbers with factory OEM parts and everything seemed to match up. Well, the base fits in the doorframe slots but the prong end doesn't anchor properly into the backside of the door...so, useless. On the bright side, they'll probably do just fine in whatever vehicle they were actually meant for.

If this Mazda clip/part # is the one specified - this is the deal. These things are around $3.00 at the dealer - and most assembly installs (rocker/molding panels, etc) will require 7-10 anyway. Recommend. We have had about a 0% success rate at uninstalling an assembly without breaking the old (brittle) clips. Compared them to the ones we got from the dealer and they were exactly the same dimensions and appeared to be made from the same plastic.

These are exactly the same size for pink door and/or interior trim pops. Worked great on my Honda Element interior pieces that needed new ones

This is the right clip for 2002 - 2006 CR V running board. It fits perfect on the underside.

Easy to install, it did the job. Now I've got a pocketful left over, but that's okay. I'll give them to my mechanic.

Popping the old parts out broke several ,but having 20 new pieces, that fit , helps.
