Dead on arrival - Update - Works great!
I had to return mine as it wouldn't throttle up. Props would spin for a second and then cut off. Likely a bad motor or something, but leads me to believe this is a VERY delicate quad.Update:TecKlife was kind enough to send me a new unit and I have to say it works quite well. I guess the first one I got was a dud. I was concerned that such a small quadcopter would be difficult to control, but it flies with a good measure of stability. I would only recommend beginners use a blade guard of some sort (I've seen a few on Amazon for the Cheerson) as that would likely keep it flying longer and protect the delicate blades. It does have three levels of maneuverability (switchable by pushing the left-hand stick on the remote) which essentially controls the level of responsiveness from the remote. The build is quite solid and it flies for a good five minutes on a charge. And it flips!Pros:The smallest quad I've ever seenGood maneuverability and stable flightSolid build with no exposed wires or circuitry, can survive a fall of 7 feet to hard surfaceCons:No blade guard means if you touch a wall or other object, you're going downBlades are all the same color which might make it hard to distinguish front and back in daylight (LEDs do indicate pretty clearly)Wish it had a larger remote as it would make it easier to controlAll in all I'd say this is a fun little quad at an unbelievable price. Its a great way to learn to fly and safe for indoor use. TecKlife was very accommodating in replacing this and I'd definitely shop with them again.

Won't last long
These little drones are cute and fun to play with, but broke in about a week. It would be fun as maybe a christmas toy or something, but realize that it probably won't last long.

super disappointed
I recited my product today and when I open the package I see the unit is in its packaging upside down. First issue so somebody has had it out before not that big of a deal but when I open it it's just the remote and the x10. No extra rotors no instructions nothing. The second issue I have is the right trim button doesn't even go down or work at all and the middle is smashed down rendering it unusable. The remote had Duracell batteries in it which I highly dough come like that from the factory I am extremely unleashed.

excellent value, touchy throttle, difficult to fly, lots of flying time, quick usb charging
you should totally buy this, it's cheap, it works, it charges quickly, and it works.this copter seems to have fully proportional controls, and drives like the much more expensive r/c helicopters that costed $150+ back in the day.the great thing about this quadricopter is that out of the box it only needs 2 AAA batteries for the remote, since the copter charges via a proprietary usb cable. the cable lights up until it is fully charged ~10 minutes, and it flies for about 5 minutes.the bad - here's the thing about something so small. its somewhat difficult to tell which direction you are going, since the copter looks almost completely symmetrical side to side and front to back. only diff colored lights show which way it is facing. and if you're outside, they're probably not bright enough in a sunny day. another problem is a very sensitive throttle, but only when it is just charged. when the after a few minutes, the copter suddenly drops in power and sensitivity in the throttle, and the feel changes after that. finally, the copter does not stay in place very well. although it is a true 6 axis gyroscope (throwing it into a tumble, it always recovers), it isn't sensitive enough to keep the thing in place. its kind of a lot of work to keep it hovering in the same place, so you'll probably need lots of room if you're just starting off.the good - comes with 4 extra propellers, easy to connect (just turn both controller and copter on, then push the throttle up, and then all the way down), very good charging to flying ratio, 2:1, as opposed to other copters that must be charged for like an hour then you can only fly for 5 min. also, this thing is pretty tough, i've probably crashed it 20 times, and although the prop blades pop off every once in a while, i finally managed to break one of the blades after about 30 times, but after popping on a new prop, its good to go again! also, the lights blink when battery is low, letting you know to return it or fly safer.verdict - buy it if you're expecting some fun, but also understand that it's an inexpensive toy that has its own issues. for the younger kids, it might be a bit difficult to control, so they should be supervisedetras - it is difficult to decipher the instructions (bad english), but this quadricopter has 3 sensitivity settings. press down on the left control stick, and it will cylce between 1, 2, and 3 beeps. 1 being the lowest sensitivity, and 3 being the highest. i believe that this only affects the right control stick, and not the throttle or rudder control. if you press the right control stick down, it will beep letting you know it is ready to do a flip. just jam the right control stick in any direction and it will to a complete tumble/roll. you need a good amount of elevation when doing this, becuase the copter will suddenly shoot up in throttle, and then drop down while tumbling, so practice with some extra room when doing this.

Tiny Durable Fun Quadcopter
This micro quadcopter is absolutely amazing. I would give it a full 5 stars if the throttle wasn't so touchy. It doesn't ever hover, you have to be ascending up or down at all times(and pretty quickly I might add)! But it has great control, doesn't break easily, and is an excellent deal for anyone who wants to learn to fly a quad but doesn't have tons of money to waste crashing an expensive quad. I will be buying more of these for my friends and family.

Broke after 5 days
We loved it for about 5 days. Then it broke. Motors spin but won't lift quadcopter off the ground. Frustrated now because it sat, and I forgot to return in 30 day window. Now it's a few days past the return period...

Lots of features, great price, super fun.
These little guys are a crazy amount of fun. We got 3 of them to fly around the house. They can even all fly at the same time and not interfere with each other. It's great how you can go from beginner mode to expert mode too. Once you get used to it in beginner mode, switching to expert mode makes these little guys really react to your control. They are pretty tough too. When you are first learning I would recommend creating some bumpers out of straws and taping them to it. This way you won't break the propellers. The propellers are pretty strong, but the straws also make its reactions a little slower so it's even easier to fly. There are videos on youtube on how to make the straw bumpers. If you like remote control stuff, you'll love these.
