The large, we ordered because smaller sizes weren't available, was huge and could fit a large mans arm easily. We were still able to use it for my young teenager. The opening sealed around his bicep area good and tight and the suction bulb drew the air out of the sleeve and sealed the arm protecting the cast perfectly. Great quality and looked like new after daily use for a month. Boxed it back up hopefully to never be needed again but I know it'll be there ready if so.

Don't waste your money! We son broke his wrist and we bought this hoping it would make bathing easier for him. First of all the fit was terrible, based on the sizing chart we ordered the large full arm model (not because we need the length but because that was what was supposed to fit around his arm). The length was accurate, however, the circumference was way too tight, it barely fit around my 12 yo's arm (and it's supposed to be large). Then when we tried to use the little pump to suck the air out, it ripped out of the sleeve (on the first try). It never worked. I tried contacting their customer service (as they asked) and got no response. Our recommendation, just use a trash bag!

Worked great!! Did the job. He liked that it had an opposable thumb. Helpful in the slippery shower when you’re already facing obstacles.

while the hand part of this worked great it was way too long-up over the shoulder 5 inches and I am an adult....I shoved it down and inflated it...inflated it cut off circulation my arm and I did not over due it...waste of money
